Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in developing complex ML models, with specific expertise in marketing domains across various ad channels
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python or R and a solid foundation in data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling
• Demonstrated success in formulating and executing data science strategies that yield measurable business impact
• Leadership qualities paired with excellent communication and project management skills
• Deep understanding of supervised machine learning, including traditional modeling techniques and neural networks
• Experience with Python/Jupyter/SQL for prototyping and Docker for deployment
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and implementation of Machine Learning models to analyze data and extract actionable insights
• Work collaboratively with business and product teams to translate business requirements into robust data solutions
• Manage data cleaning, preprocessing, and transformation to ready data for analysis
• Conduct deep dives into complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and correlations
• Design and oversee experiments to test hypotheses and enhance model performance
• Build predictive models to forecast key business metrics accurately
