Senior Data Scientist

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in Python and R
• Demonstrated success in building and deploying machine learning models in a professional setting (not just academic or personal projects)
• Solid understanding of data science fundamentals, including supervised and unsupervised learning, feature engineering, and model evaluation
• Experience working with real-world data and solving business-critical problems

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and implement machine learning models to solve complex business problems
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business goals and translate them into analytical solutions
• Apply expertise in Python and R to manipulate large datasets, build predictive models, and communicate findings
• Evaluate model performance using appropriate statistical techniques and iterate based on feedback and performance metrics
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate models into production systems
