Requirements

  • A commitment to add to our culture of DEI
  • 5+ years of data science/decision science/analytics experience, ideally with at least 2 years experience supporting Marketing teams or functions
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python or R required
  • Experience working with large data sets, modeling, statistics (descriptive and inferential), and A/B & multivariate testing
  • Demonstrated success with developing, refining, and maintaining customer lifetime value models
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively convey findings and recommendations to stakeholders, and ability to simplify models and insights to non-technical audiences
  • Strong self-motivation and a proactive approach, with the ability to ask pertinent questions and follow up with stakeholders to obtain necessary information
  • Highly organized thought process and a structured framework for problem-solving, ensuring alignment of projects with company strategies

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with various Marketing teams to analyze what drives success for our marketing campaigns and provide data-driven insights and recommendations
  • Support and optimize recurring reporting processes for marketing metrics and explore opportunities for delivering deeper insights on marketing campaigns
  • Lead the exploration and implementation of models that enable precise customer targeting and optimization of marketing spend
  • Develop attribution frameworks to quantify the impact of various touch points across marketing, web, and app experiences
  • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and effectively to stakeholders, ensuring organized and strategic alignment with broader company goals

  • Base Salary Range*: $116,300 - $154,400
