Senior Data Scientist & Engineer in Worldwide

Summary

A Data Engineer is needed for a startup company to lead AI initiatives and build robust services using big data. The candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in ML, data engineering, and MLOps tools, as well as expertise in SQL and cloud services. Responsibilities include designing, constructing, installing, testing, and maintaining data management systems, building algorithms and predictive models, and collaborating with various teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in ML, data engineering, and using MLOps tools
• Experience with big data tools (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, etc.) and data frameworks (Apache Airflow, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (like Keras or TensorFlow) and libraries (like scikit-learn)
• Expertise in SQL and experience with cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure)

Responsibilities

• Design, construct, install, test, and maintain highly scalable data management systems
• Build high-performance algorithms, prototypes, predictive models, and proof of concepts
• Lead the design and deployment of sophisticated analytics models and machine learning algorithms
• Build data science models, data pipelines, and implement ML Ops frameworks
• Manage and oversee the extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources using SQL and cloud-based data technologies
