Requirements

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in deal desk, sales operations, or finance-related roles, with a strong focus on pricing strategy, contract negotiation, and process optimization
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions and solve complex problems quickly and efficiently
  • Proficiency in Excel, Salesforce, and other deal desk or CRM tools
  • Exceptional ability to communicate, collaborate, and build relationships with senior stakeholders across different teams
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead Deal Strategy: Work closely with senior leadership, sales, finance, and legal teams to design and implement effective pricing, proposals, and contract strategies that align with business goals
  • End-to-End Deal Management: Oversee the full deal lifecycle, ensuring smooth collaboration across departments, and identifying bottlenecks or areas for improvement
  • Drive Compliance & Efficiency: Take charge of ensuring all deals are compliant with internal pricing, approval policies, and contractual obligations, while also identifying opportunities to streamline processes for greater efficiency
  • Advanced Analytics & Reporting: Use your deep analytical skills to generate meaningful insights through complex reports and dashboards that influence key decision-making
  • Mentor & Lead: Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to junior team members and cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth training and knowledge transfer around deal processes
  • Continuous Improvement: Champion initiatives that enhance the overall effectiveness of deal desk operations, always seeking innovative ways to improve workflow, deal velocity, and accuracy
