Summary

Join Contentsquare's London office as a Senior Deal Desk Analyst and play a key role in shaping deal management processes. With at least 7 years of experience in sales operations, deal desk, or finance, you will lead deal strategy, manage the full deal lifecycle, ensure compliance, perform advanced analytics, mentor junior team members, and drive continuous improvement. Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience in deal desk, sales operations, or finance-related roles, with a focus on pricing strategy, contract negotiation, and process optimisation
  • Excellent analytical abilities, with a talent for making data-driven decisions and solving complex problems quickly
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, Salesforce, and other deal desk or CRM tools
  • A collaborative communicator who can build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across different teams
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead Deal Strategy: Collaborate with senior leadership, sales, finance, and legal teams to design and implement effective pricing, proposals, and contract strategies that align with our business goals
  • Manage the Full Deal Lifecycle: Oversee the end-to-end deal process, ensuring smooth cross-department collaboration and identifying areas for improvement or bottlenecks
  • Ensure Compliance & Efficiency: Take ownership of ensuring that all deals comply with internal pricing, approval policies, and contractual obligations, while looking for ways to streamline processes and enhance efficiency
  • Advanced Analytics & Reporting: Utilise your strong analytical skills to produce meaningful reports and dashboards that provide valuable insights and influence decision-making
  • Mentoring & Leading: Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to junior team members, helping with training and knowledge transfer across the business
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to improve the effectiveness of our deal desk operations, constantly seeking ways to enhance workflow, deal velocity, and accuracy

Experience with deal desk software and reporting platforms
