Summary

Trility Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior Delivery Consultant to help clients maximize their investment by understanding their business, applying skills, and delivering value. The role involves leveraging experience to ensure tangible value for the client at the intersection of business value and technology enablement. The position requires influencing without authority, serving as a servant leader, and having strong communication skills.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of Agile Program/Project Management experience and/or Software Product Management
• Experience understanding client strategic initiatives, roadmaps, business problems, and goals

Responsibilities

• Influence and serve as a true servant leader
• Think in product value maximization terms and drive towards delivering business value for the client
• Partner with Trility teammates and client stakeholders to help define and/or execute shared product visions while planning for and understanding change management impacts
• Answer and balance contract and client requirements, navigating differences when they arise
• Turn client desires into digestible, deliverable, testable, demonstrable story maps; experience with Jira and Confluence is required
• Understand Agile/iterative development and delivery and have experience leading, defining, building, and implementing full lifecycle software products
• Approach problems with an analyst mindset, leveraging facts, processes, and data where appropriate
• Work with the client and account leader to outline what success looks like and the plan for achieving it
• Drive or own the buildout and maintenance of the project backlog, prioritization of work efforts, and fulfillment of the work
• Be comfortable working with senior clients as well as individual contributors in the weeds of the project

Evidential experience and knowledge using concepts from the Agile Body of Knowledge
