Remote Delivery Leader, Senior Consultant

Summary

Join a dynamic team as a Delivery Leader in a country project, supporting the delivery of priorities to foster sexual and reproductive health. Work with senior government officials to support better delivery of public services for citizens and residents.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above, Master’s in public health is preferable. Otherwise, equivalent requisite working experience will also be considered
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with top consulting firms, governments, or international organizations
• Must have business-level proficiency in English (spoken and written)
• Prior experience in a client-facing role in public sector contexts
• Proficiency in project implementation or direct experience in delivering results

Responsibilities

• Drive and support partner organizations in implementing reforms to build the capacity of the ministry of health, offering guidance and coaching to the client’s team for achieving tangible results
• Engage directly with local governments and partners, facilitating relationship-building, problem-solving, collaboration, and knowledge management with partners
• Lead data collection and analytical processes to develop robust recommendations for client presentations
• Implement prioritized reforms, working closely with client team members
• Plan and execute stakeholder workshops, ensuring the smooth flow of routine meetings
• Contribute to the development of client reports and communication materials
• Build capacity for delivery across sectors through training, coaching, and feedback
• Foster a culture of learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement
