Requirements

• A strong portfolio that spans a wide variety of digital products, services, and experiences
• 4+ years of experience in the design industry, with a focus on leading teams to create human-centered digital experiences
• Combining thought and strategic thinking to offer a strong point of view
• Passion for continual practice and process improvement
• A meticulous eye for detail and strong design aesthetic sensibilities
• Continued awareness of design trends and innovation
• Exceptional communication skills
• A passion for people and desire to establish highly successful client relationships
• This freelance role would be fully remote and the individual must be based in the US or Canada
