Join Lucid Motors as a Freelance Senior Designer and play a pivotal role in the success of the Brand Marketing Design Team. You will design consumer-facing advertisements across various media (digital, print, OOH), experiential collateral (backdrops, signage, decals), and print projects (magazines, brochures, kiosks). Collaborate with various departments, producers, and event specialists to bring their needs to life. Partner with Creative Directors to enhance the brand vision and creative voice. Maintain consistent communication with clients and team members, providing creative direction and managing project timelines. This role demands a highly organized, resourceful, and collaborative individual with strong communication skills and a passion for mission-driven brands.
Requirements
- 5 + years of experience working on brand centered design projects
- Experience working with external agencies, creators and talents
- Skilled in multi-tasking to manage a high volume of creative and content
- Passion for mission-driven brands
- A demonstrated user empathy approach to design and fluency in print and environmental design
- Deep understanding of layout and typography for print and environmentals
- Understanding of the premium luxury space
- You are a designer through and through
- Expertise in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite
- You are proficient: You have deep experience executing brand and product strategies across print and digital mediums . You bring your brain to the table as well as your awesome creative skills addressing every detail to bring the brand to life
- You are creative: You have deep knowledge and command of the concept and execution of product + brand communications and how to collaborate with a cross-functional team to get a project done. You are always in βidea modeβ and know how to bring people along in your thinking

Responsibilities
- You are a designer through and through. This role is about taking a brief from a marketing channel and bringing it to life within the standards and guidelines set by the Lucid Brand Marketing Design team
- Design consumer facing advertisements such as digital paid media ads and print and digital OOH, as well as experiential collateral such as backdrops, event signage, and vehicle decals
- Be an active part of the design of our print projects; including magazines, brochures, showroom and event kiosks
- Provide and execute against creative target for all project team members
- Brainstorm concepts, create mockups, refine design details, and prepare assets
- Collaborate with various department (clients), producers, event specialists, product managers to bring their needs to life
- Partner with the Creative Directors of the Brand Marketing Design Team to lead and enhance our compelling brand vision, architecture and creative voice as a passionate steward, advocate, and gatekeeper of each brand
- Work collectively across all functions from marketing to engineers and the leadership team to convey the value of the brand within a business context
- Be immersed in our company values and passions, instilling the integrity of the company and of brand in the look, the feel and the execution of design storytelling
- Maintain constant and consistent communication with clients through email and Teams
- Solicit, review, and incorporate feedback from team as works best
- Work with Producers to align on forecasting hours week over week
