Join AKQA's proactive talent search for a future Senior Front End Developer role on a 3-month project (with potential extension) in Argentina. Requirements

• Have in-depth knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and other web development/production tools
• Be expert in JavaScript with an emphasis on Vanilla JS rather than helper libraries or frameworks
• Have experience with templates and task automation including NPM and webpack
• Possess advanced knowledge of responsive web design
• Have experience developing accessible UI interfaces to WCAG 2.1 AA and higher
• Have experience using version control software (git) in a multi-developer team
• Have 5+ years’ experience working as a front-end developer
• Have experience with web application development
• Be able to articulate ideas to a team
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to interact professionally with a diverse group of people
• Be able to work US West Coast hours (PST)
• Reside in Argentina
• Be able to work and communicate using business-level English

Responsibilities

• Participate in the creation of sophisticated digital experiences
• Develop innovative technical solutions
• Independently develop JavaScript prototypes, including research and proof of concept development
• Translate comps and wireframes into flexible and usable code
• Implement pixel-perfect designs across a broad range of browsers and devices
• Work with a team of highly skilled people
