Summary

Temporal is hiring a Senior Developer Success Engineer to act as the frontline for their community. The engineer will provide solutions to common issues, conduct architecture reviews, build relationships with community members, and establish metrics to improve support quality. They should have at least 8 years of development experience, be fluent in one or more programming languages, and have experience managing large-scale architectures.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a developer
• Experience with deployment and managing medium to large-scale architectures
• Minimum of one year experience in an internal or external customer-facing role

Responsibilities

• Providing solutions to common issues
• Conducting architecture reviews with users
• Building relationships and representing the needs of community members, customers, and partners
