Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire customer lifecycle for 12 to 20 accounts, including onboarding, value realization, expansion, and becoming advocates for the graph
  • Lead the onboarding process for new customers, creating success plans to guide them toward realizing the full value of Supergraph
  • Collaborate closely with customers to define success criteria, outline use cases, and establish key business value metrics to build strong renewal cases
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers, nurturing champions and graph advocates while engaging executives in business value reviews and executive business reviews
  • Deliver product demos, share feature updates, conduct workshops, and provide educational resources to help customers confidently adopt Supergraph
  • Develop strategies for expanding the usage of Supergraph by identifying new use cases and facilitating their integration into the graph
  • Achieve targets related to query volumes, net retention revenue, and logo retention
  • Ensure a top-tier customer experience by serving as the primary point of contact, efficiently handling customer issues, and leading our issue resolution efforts

Preferred Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in computer science, completion of a coding boot camp, or equivalent work experience is a significant advantage
  • Proficiency in French or German is a considerable asset

Benefits

  • The UK base salary range for this full-time position is Β£64,600- Β£76,000 + quarterly bonus + equity + benefits
  • This is a remote position that can be done from anywhere in the UK
