Requirements

  • Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and managing configurations using code
  • Expertise in managing CI/CD pipelines and streamlining the end-to-end deployment process to ensure efficiency and reliability
  • Proficiency in implementing monitoring and alerting systems to ensure service availability and performance
  • Ability to handle incidents, troubleshoot root cause analysis, and implement remediation measures
  • Ability to ensure systems meet security standards and compliance requirements, mitigating risks and vulnerabilities
  • Participation in on-call rotations ensuring system availability
  • Collaboration and Participation in the product life cycle, work closely with our product and development teams to integrate best practices in a fast-paced environment to ensure alignment with business goals
  • Strong sense of ownership for systems and service reliability
  • 5+ years in a DevOps or related role in a high-available environment
  • Hands-on experience with major cloud providers like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
  • Extensive expertise in containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Expertise in setting up, managing, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines with tools like GitLab, Jenkins
  • Basic understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, load balancers, and VPNs)
  • Advanced knowledge of scripting and programming languages (Python, Go, Bash) and experience in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)
  • Familiarity with Grafana, Prometheus, PagerDuty and ELK Stack for monitoring and observability
  • Experience working closely with development teams to improve application delivery and build efficient, automated pipelines
  • Business level proficiency in English or above (equivalent to B2 or above in CEFR)
  • Effective communication skills, especially with teams responsible for security, operations and product
  • Ability to tackle and investigate complicated problems and convert it to the task
  • Demonstrated capability to adjust to quick technological shifts and evolving business requirements
  • Readiness to take ownership of tasks, issues as well as demonstrate accountability of the results and outcome

  • Collaborate with product and development teams to integrate best practices and align with business goals
  • Take ownership of systems and service reliability, proactively identifying and resolving issues

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Linux
  • Familiarity with fintech regulations and industry standards (e.g., GDPR, PCI DSS)
  • Experience in the Financial Technology sector
