Senior DevOps Engineer

Summary

Join Fullscript's Platform Engineering team as a DevOps Engineer and contribute to building the infrastructure, tools, and systems that support our platform. You will work across the full DevOps lifecycle, focusing on enabling engineering teams to move fast and build safely. The role involves improving reliability, scalability, and performance of our AWS stack, building and maintaining infrastructure as code, creating and optimizing CI/CD pipelines, and contributing to the observability and monitoring of our systems. Requirements

• Proven experience working with AWS services , especially ECS and RDS
• Strong understanding of Terraform and infrastructure as code principles
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly document complex systems and workflows
• A collaborative spirit and passion for continuous improvement
• Hands-on experience with observability tools such as Datadog, Sentry, or Coralogix

Responsibilities

• Work extensively with our AWS stack (ECS, RDS, etc.) to improve reliability, scalability, and performance
• Build and maintain infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform
• Create and optimize CI/CD pipelines that support testing, security, and efficient code delivery
• Provide a seamless and consistent developer experience , improving speed, security, and usability
• Contribute to the observability and monitoring of our systems using tools like Datadog, Sentry, and Coralogix
• Document and share deep knowledge of our infrastructure to improve long-term maintainability and support

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Kubernetes , Helm , or container orchestration tools
• Exposure to Ruby on Rails and/or JavaScript applications
• Familiarity with MySQL, PostgreSQL , or similar databases
• Experience with Linux/Unix systems management
