Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Deep knowledge of AWS or GCP cloud infrastructure
  • Experience with multi-cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Strong experience managing infrastructure using Terraform
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes administration in production
  • Experience with Grafana, Prometheus, and Loki for observability
  • Ability to design and maintain monitoring and alerting solutions for distributed systems
  • Familiarity with OpenTelemetry and telemetry best practices
  • Experience managing hybrid environments (cloud + on-premise)
  • Experience in multi-cloud or hybrid cloud architecture design
  • Ability to guide infrastructure setup and leave it for others to maintain
  • Exposure to SRE practices, including reliability metrics and post-mortems
  • Background in managing bare metal or virtualized on-premises environments
  • Experience contributing to operational practices and standards in SRE frameworks
  • Proficiency in CI/CD practices, ideally with GitLab
  • Advanced English Level is required for this role as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons

Responsibilities

  • Manage and scale cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure in the future), as well as on-premise installations (bare metal and virtual)
  • Design and implement Terraform-based infrastructure as code for automated provisioning and maintenance
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, ideally using GitLab, ensuring seamless integration and deployment flows
  • Administer Kubernetes clusters in production environments, including upgrades, scaling, and configuration
  • Implement and manage observability stacks (Grafana, Prometheus, Loki) to monitor system health and performance
  • Define and build telemetry, alerts, and dashboards, per tenant and centrally aggregated
  • Ensure system reliability and availability by applying SRE principles, such as monitoring SLIs/SLOs and responding to incidents
  • Collaborate with development teams to improve infrastructure automation, security, and operational processes
  • Contribute to a multi-cloud strategy, preparing infrastructure for future Azure adoption
