You will develop and execute inbound marketing strategies, manage budgets, analyze performance, and optimize campaigns across various platforms like SEM, SEO, and paid social media. Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with proven inbound and performance marketing expertise
- Proficiency in marketing ad tech such as Google Ads, Meta Campaign Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and any ABM platforms (6sense, DemandBase, Rollworks, Terminus, etc)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent project management and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive inbound marketing strategies, including SEM, SEO, paid social media and paid advertising, to drive qualified leads and increase brand awareness
- Allocate and manage the digital marketing budget to maximize ROI
- Analyze paid advertising platforms, conversion rates and other KPIs to identify areas for improvement and optimize inbound marketing performance
- Conduct keyword research and on-page SEO to improve search engine rankings, drive organic traffic and increase visibility
- Monitor and engage with prospects on paid social media platforms to drive brand awareness, generate leads and foster relationships
- Manage paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and retargeting, to reach specific target audiences and achieve marketing objectives
- Regularly report on inbound marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for future strategy development and improvement
- Stay current on inbound marketing best practices, industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our strategies remain competitive and effective
- Implement and manage account-based marketing strategies to target key accounts, personalizing our outreach and content based on specific account needs and preferences
