Requirements
- Deep technical pedigree – Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related; ideally started career as a software engineer
- Hands-on expertise with at least one (ideally all) of our core platforms: ServiceNow, Workday, Workato. Experience running Centres of Excellence is a plus
- Experience working with People, Legal and Finance stakeholders at a senior level
- A passion for AI – you are an early adopter who actively experiments with AI/ML tools and can articulate their business impact
- Proven leadership of multi-disciplinary systems teams through scaling and transformation journeys
- Demonstrated ability to operationalise strategy and establish guardrails for complex, high-volume systems environments
- Track record of building trusted partnerships with C-level and VP-level stakeholders, translating vision into executable roadmaps and delivering reliably
- Experience coaching managers and ICs into high-performing, inclusive leaders
- Comfortable giving and receiving clear, direct, actionable feedback

- Solve complex scaling and efficiency challenges across HubSpot’s G&A landscape, ensuring we are set up for success in 2026 and beyond

Benefits
- Cash compensation range: $242,100 - $387,400 USD Annually
- In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs)
- Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay
