Summary
The job is for a Sr. Director, Clinical Business Operations at Immunovant, Inc., a remote role responsible for leading and managing the Clinical Business Operations teams to optimize clinical trial conduct, evaluate work, create standard processes, and train staff. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences with an advanced degree preferred, at least 15 years of experience, including 10 years in a clinical leadership role, strong knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines and multinational clinical trial regulations, experience in project management, direct supervisory experience, deep experience in the conduct and execution of end-to-end global clinical trials, experience in working with and managing CROs, working knowledge of clinical trial systems, experience in training and process improvement, ability to travel, and strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences with an advanced degree preferred
- At least 15 years with at least 10 years in a clinical leadership role on a cross-functional drug development project team
- Strong knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines and multinational clinical trial regulations is required
- Experience in project management is required
- Direct supervisory experience is required
- Deep experience and expertise in the conduct and execution of end-to-end global clinical trials, including process and experience within one or more key functions is required
- Experience in working with and managing CROs is required
- Working knowledge of clinical trial systems (CTMS, IRT, EDC, eTMF) required
- Experience in training and process improvement required
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Clinical Business Operations teams to include, but not limited to, the project management of critical business operations associated with clinical trial conduct
- Evaluate and recommend work to be performed internally or outsourced to strategic partners
- Create standard processes to drive efficiency across clinical teams
- Train and onboard the clinical operations organization
- Develop and maintain clinical trial operations standard operating procedures, processes, and standards
- Create, drive, and improve business processes that are innovative in their approach to drug development and compliant with global regulations and financial obligations
- Support a broad range of ad hoc clinical operations projects for Immunovant
Benefits
- Compensation is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Equity, sign-on bonuses, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, dental, vision, 401k and other benefits, including unlimited paid time off and parental leave
- The annual base salary for this position ranges from $240,000 - $300,000.00
