You will own customer relationships, alleviate pressure from Sales Directors, and ensure premium campaign management throughout the client lifecycle. This role demands proactive communication, creative problem-solving, and client-facing strategy. You will coordinate with clients, lead performance reviews, and identify upsell opportunities. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite
  • 5 + years of related experience in digital media or programmatic advertising
  • Demonstrated ability to grow accounts and build trusted client relationships
  • Experience with client service and campaign management for digital media accounts
  • Solution-oriented, proactive communicator with strong presentation and storytelling skills
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and influence teams without direct authority
  • Detail-oriented and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced working environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management experience – ability to coach, motivate, and drive performance

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact on all client-related items, from onboarding to campaign performance reviews
  • Own campaign performance, upsell opportunities, and troubleshoot any delivery or pacing issues w/ the digital operations team
  • Collaborate with Sales Directors to transition strategy and reduce pressure from sales team post-sale
  • Provide proactive day-to-day communication, optimization recommendations, and mid/post campaign insights
  • Coordinate and lead recurring client calls, QBRs, and strategic planning sessions with clients and vendors
  • Work in tandem with our India and US Operations teams to ensure client campaigns are properly scoped pre /post launch for execution and reporting requirements
  • Utilize Salesforce, Qlik, and proprietary systems to track campaigns and performance KPIs
  • Support new digital product rollouts by providing client-facing feedback and internal improvement ideas
  • Train and mentor Customer Success team members in Programmatic best practices
