Requirements
- Is a Proven Organizational Architect: You have 10+ years of software engineering experience, with a significant portion spent in senior leadership roles
- Communicates with Clarity and Influence: You are an exceptional communicator, capable of articulating a compelling technical vision to engineers, executives, and cross-functional partners with equal clarity and impact
- Thinks Strategically and Acts Empirically: You are data-driven by default, using metrics to guide decisions and measure success

Responsibilities
- Architect and Scale a World-Class Organization: You will own the growth, structure, and health of the entire Service Hub engineering team
- Shape the Future of a Flagship Product: Partnering closely with leaders in Product and UX, you will define and execute a multi-year technical and product strategy
- Build Foundational Platforms: Drive the development of robust, scalable platform services and technical infrastructure that not only power Service Hub but also accelerate innovation and create leverage for teams across HubSpot
- Cultivate Exceptional Talent and Culture: Act as a coach and mentor to your engineering managers and senior engineers
- Drive Cross-Hub Synergy: Collaborate with your peers leading Sales, Marketing, CMS, and Commerce Hubs to build a seamlessly integrated customer experience
- Pioneer AI-Powered Service: Be a key thought leader on applying the latest advancements in AI to solve real-world customer service challenges
- Connect Engineering to Business Impact: Champion a data-driven culture where success is measured not just by features shipped, but by tangible business outcomes and customer value
Preferred Qualifications
Has Relevant Domain Acumen (Bonus): While not a strict requirement, prior experience in the CRM, customer support, or enterprise SaaS space will help you hit the ground running
