Summary

Keeper Security is hiring a Senior Director of Quality Assurance to lead the QA team, drive product quality, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. This is a remote position with an option for hybrid work in El Dorado Hills, CA or Chicago, IL. The candidate should have 10+ years of progressive QA experience, be skilled in test automation, and have strong leadership abilities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive QA and leadership experience; SaaS experience required
• Deep understanding of test automation frameworks and methodologies
• People management experience and a passion for attracting and developing talent
• Effective at driving complex multi-stakeholder processes and cross team programs
• Ability to build cross-functional relationships, influence and collaborate at all organizational levels
• Outstanding verbal and written communications skills for a global audience
• Strong business acumen, analytical and detail oriented

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and manage the Quality Assurance team; support a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, accountability and product quality
• Build strong working relationships across Keeper to drive a best-in-class QA experience
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align quality assurance efforts with business objectives and strategic initiatives
• Collaborate with the engineering team to develop common test harnesses and tools
• Collaborate with product management to meet product delivery targets
• Collaborate with the customer support organization to assist in the analysis and resolution of customer issues
• Drive excellent documentation and maintain high quality test plans and test reporting
• Establish robust and scalable processes to drive high quality product delivery
• Drive test processes and procedures to enable rapid and parallel release cycles
• Build strong automation frameworks to support agile deployments
• Ensure products are assessed in regards to compliance and security requirements

Preferred Qualifications

BS in computer science, engineering or relevant field is a plus
