Summary
Experience.com is seeking an experienced Senior QA Leader to oversee their Quality Assurance team in Chennai, India. Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 15+ years of experience in Quality Assurance with a focus on acceptance criteria testing and UI/UX
- Proven leadership experience, ideally managing a large QA team
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience in implementing customer experience and engagement testing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the existing QA team, providing direction, mentorship, and support
- Develop and implement a comprehensive QA strategy that encompasses acceptance criteria testing, UI/UX evaluation, building and maintaining automated test cases, with a focus on customer engagement and adoption
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators for the QA team, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives and standards
- Oversee the development and execution of test plans and strategies for acceptance criteria testing to ensure product features meet requirements
- Lead efforts in UI/UX testing, focusing on usability, design consistency, and customer engagement
- Implement best practices for customer experience testing, ensuring that products align with user expectations and enhance customer satisfaction
- Lead the creation, implementation, and management of automated test cases to enhance testing efficiency and coverage
- Oversee the selection and integration of automated testing tools and frameworks suitable for our product and technology stack
- Foster a culture of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) within the QA team, ensuring automated tests are an integral part of the development lifecycle
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive approach to product quality
- Foster a culture of open communication and collaborative problem-solving within the QA team and across departments
- Regularly report on QA activities, findings, and progress to senior management and relevant stakeholders
- Continuously assess and improve QA processes and methodologies for efficiency and effectiveness
