Summary

Join Guild as a Senior Consultant, Employer Partner Services (Enterprise) and play a central role in Guild’s mission by building and maintaining strong relationships with Fortune 1000 clients. Develop an intimate understanding of clients’ strategic needs, maximizing the value of their partnership with Guild. Collaborate with the Employer Partner Services team to translate partners’ needs into effective strategies and action plans. Work across a concentrated set of clients, managing customer relationships from onboarding to expansion. Assist in key work streams to ensure successful implementation and growth of Guild offerings. Become a trusted advisor, proactively engaging with partners to understand their needs and provide actionable recommendations. Increase employer partner satisfaction through compelling storytelling and content creation. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet partner objectives. Conduct data analysis and deliver actionable recommendations to support strategic planning and business decisions.

Requirements

  • Customer success or client services experience in an enterprise b2b environment
  • Strong analytical skills and critical thinking skills with the ability to synthesize information and communicate insights effectively
  • Prior experience with evaluating forecasting models
  • Excellent written and oral presentation skills including the demonstrated ability to present insights and complex information in a clear and understandable manner
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with high attention to detail and the ability to keep track of both the high-level progress and the small details
  • Proactiveness in solving problems even if it’s outside of your area and the eagerness to take on additional initiatives as needed
  • A team-oriented mindset, thriving in an environment that’s collaborative and celebrates change

Responsibilities

  • Know your employer partners’ business opportunities and challenges
  • Manage the customer relationship from onboarding to expansion throughout their partnership with Guild
  • Assist in the execution of key work streams to ensure employer partners successfully implement & grow their use of Guild offerings, including:Implementation of the Guild platformCoordination with Guild’s member services teamAnalysis of the impact of Guild’s offerings against client key strategic priorities
  • Become a trusted advisor by proactively engaging with employer partners to understand their needs, goals and challenges. Use qualitative and quantitative skills and robust problem-solving approaches to develop actionable and compelling recommendations to address their needs
  • Increase employer partner’s satisfaction through robust storytelling and content creation, honing your ability to create compelling narratives and visuals while bringing Guild’s insights and strategic initiative ideas to life
  • Collaborate with various internal stakeholders to ensure employer partner’s objectives are being met
  • Conduct data analysis and evaluate forecasting models to extract key insights, delivering clear and actionable recommendations to employer partners to support strategic planning and business decisions
