Senior Engineer

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on scalable and high-performance applications
• Proficiency in the MEAN stack (MongoDB/MongoDB Atlas, Express.js , Angular, Node.js)
• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Strong understanding of database technologies, including both SQL and NoSQL solutions
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment
• Strong communication and leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and knowledge sharing

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions that align with business goals
• Lead technical discussions and contribute to key decisions on system design, architecture, and best practices
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to develop new features and improve existing functionality
• Optimize application performance, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability
• Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers
• Identify technical challenges, propose solutions, and continuously improve our development processes
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with front-end frameworks like React
