Requirements

  • Excel at working independently and have a deep understanding of system design and software architecture
  • Be skilled at identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks and security gaps with effective solutions
  • Be known for setting technical direction, mentoring team members, and driving projects to success
  • Have 3–5 years of hands-on experience with low-level networking technologies (e.g., p2p, distributed systems, blockchain)
  • Have experience that is not exclusively with smart contracts

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement complex features or entire systems, ensuring robust and scalable solutions
  • Drive key architectural decisions, balancing trade-offs in scalability, performance, and security
  • Guide junior and mid-level engineers by providing constructive feedback on code, development practices, and growth opportunities
  • Set high standards for code quality, testing, documentation, and effective communication
  • Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to align on goals and priorities
  • Debug and resolve complex technical challenges, taking ownership of critical issues as they arise

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have experience with Golang
  • Have experience in the blockchain space
  • Have general excitement about web3 and modular blockchain technology
