Summary

Join our dynamic and rapidly growing Digital Product Engineering company as a Support Lead! In this role, you will manage a small team of support engineers (2-3) and directly support business users. You will leverage your expertise in Microsoft SharePoint and collaboration tools to troubleshoot issues, translate business needs into solutions, and provide regular performance reports. The ideal candidate possesses strong troubleshooting and communication skills and a willingness to learn new technologies. This position requires a good understanding of request tracking and ticketing systems and the ability to proactively identify and address potential risks.

Requirements

  • Microsoft SharePoint expertise
  • Microsoft SharePoint App Development experience
  • Experience with collaboration tools (Zoom, Asana, G Suit, Box, Lucid Chart, MS Teams, SharePoint online)
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Good understanding of request tracking & ticketing systems

Responsibilities

  • Manage 2 or 3 support engineers
  • Provide support to business users as needed
  • Troubleshoot issues
  • Communicate with business users
  • Learn skills to support sites deployed on different technology platforms
  • Proactively report updates and flag potential blockers or risks
  • Understand and translate business needs into feasible & effective solutions
  • Provide KPIs and SLA reports on a monthly or quarterly basis
  • Provide L2 support around collaboration tools

Preferred Qualifications

Willingness to learn skills to support sites deployed on different technology platforms
