Summary

Join Highspring, a leading healthcare IT services firm, as a Senior Epic Analyst II and play a key role in configuring, managing, and supporting clinical applications within the Epic electronic health record (EHR) software for healthcare clients. This remote position requires a Bachelor’s Degree, minimum 3 years of healthcare experience, proficiency in healthcare policies and information systems, and Willow Certification. You will manage client requests, lead application builds for Epic upgrades, implement testing procedures, and support go-live activities. The role also involves mentoring junior analysts and fostering strong client relationships. Travel is minimal (less than 5%). Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a healthcare setting required
  • Proficiency in healthcare policies, procedures and information systems required
  • Willow Certification Required

Responsibilities

  • Serves as primary analyst for Epic maintenance, build, and configuration
  • Manages client trouble tickets and requests, ensuring accurate documentation and resolution
  • Leads application build for Epic upgrades and handles Nova Note Review and Build
  • Implements testing procedures and supports go-live activities in a command center setting
  • Proactively identifies areas for improvement, mentors junior analysts, and fosters strong client and peer relationships
