You will handle support and maintenance tickets, perform routine builds, participate in on-call rotations, and contribute to special projects, including Epic upgrades. Requirements

• Possess a strong personal drive for delivering great customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Have the ability to troubleshoot tickets, manage projects, and critically think
• Demonstrate knowledge of healthcare policies, procedures, information systems, Microsoft products and related IT systems
• Be certified in primary application
• Have the ability to organize daily tasks, analyze data and make decisions based on the data
• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent work experience
• Have a minimum of 3 years of healthcare experience
• Ability to work independently and efficiently from a home office environment
• Access to high-speed internet service
• Ability to work in a distraction-free workplace

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary analyst on routine maintenance, build and configuration in Epic
• Collect, accurately document and resolve client trouble tickets and requests
• Participate in after hours on-call rotation
• Lead application build for their areas regarding Epic Upgrades
• Perform Nova Note Review
• Perform Nova Note Build
• Perform unit testing, application testing and integrated testing
• Support the go live in a command center setting
• Proactively identify areas for improvement within applications and suggest potential solutions in coordination with other teams
• Mentor junior analysts on Epic build
• Build strong relationships both with the client and their peers
• Perform other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

Possess additional certifications in Epic, ITIL, PMP
