Join Highsnobiety's Berlin office as a Senior Events Producer! You will lead and execute impactful events for our audience and clients, managing the entire event lifecycle from concept to execution. This role demands a strategic and creative individual with extensive event production experience. You'll manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in event production, with a proven track record of delivering events of varying scales within the creative industry
- Strong project management skills
- Expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and production logistics
- A creative and analytical thinker with strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities, capable of managing and directing event stakeholders
- Resilient and adept at handling multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to thrive under pressure and enjoy working in a forward-thinking, dynamic, global team environment
- A deep understanding of the Highsnobiety aesthetic and audience
- Strong knowledge of cultural and commercial partnerships
- Passionate about music, pop culture, and entertainment, with a keen interest in art, design, and technology
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute multi-channel experiences aligned with creative and strategic objectives for Highsnobiety events
- Manage the entire event production process, including logistics, vendor management, budgeting, staffing, and on-site execution
- Build, maintain, and grow a robust national and international network of industry professionals, talent, service providers, and venues
- Develop, manage, and reconcile event budgets, ensuring all events are delivered within budget while maintaining high quality
- Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and venues to optimize costs
- Oversee the hiring and management of temporary staff for events as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as creative, client services, project management, brand partnerships, talent and editorial to ensure successful event execution
- Partner with external clients to align with both internal and external brand guidelines
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficient in event production software and tools (Asana, Splashthat, Netsuite etc)
- A BA in Event Management, Marketing, PR, or Communications
- German proficiency
