Summary

Join Sirtex Medical as a Senior Field Marketing and Training Manager and drive the setup and support of new and existing SIRT customers in Europe. Collaborate with Key Account Managers and distributors to provide product training, dosimetry support, and implement marketing activities. Train, mentor, and coach key account managers and distributors on technical aspects, analyze training needs, and develop appropriate tools. Help individual Key Account Managers improve product and market knowledge and soft skills. Ensure compliance with product handling procedures and promotion. The primary objectives are to drive appropriate technical usage of SIR-Spheres, develop and support customers to optimize their SIRT clinic, and enable Key Account Managers and distributors to achieve their targets. This role requires extensive travel throughout Europe and can be performed remotely or from the Bonn office.

Requirements

  • Medical, Science or equivalent degree
  • At least 3 years sales experience in Interventional Oncology with proven success in sales
  • Training experience is essential
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Highly developed customer service orientation
  • Adaptable, quick learner with the ability to find simple ways to express complex ideas
  • Highly motivated with a wide degree of creativity and latitude
  • Ability to build strong relationships and motivate, internal and external to the organization
  • Willingness to travel in the EMEA region (30%) and work in an international team of professionals
  • Openness to continuously learn and improve

Responsibilities

  • Technical support for new centers opening and set-ups in collaboration with Key Account Managers and distributors in the EMEA region for SIR-Spheres (not exclusively)
  • Develop, drive and manage appropriate programs to support EMEA customers' optimal usage of our products including usage of dosimetry softwares to perform personalized dosimetry
  • Identify and address product related training needs for Sirtex customers
  • Accompany sales representatives on cases and use visits to coach and develop
  • Develop and deliver training programs for new and seasoned sales professionals in the region in collaboration with the global training team
  • Evaluate Key Account Manager competencies and address identified needs for skills and knowledge development
  • Create and develop impactful marketing tools, materials and initiatives to drive sales
  • Develop and facilitate e-learning initiatives
  • Ensure appropriate mentoring of new sales representatives

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ideally possess extensive product (SIR-Spheres microspheres) knowledge and experience and a good understanding of dosimetry and nuclear medicine
  • Fluent English (both written and spoken). Knowledge of German, French, Spanish and/or Italian would be a plus
