Summary

Join Coalition as our Senior Manager, Field Operations and Enablement and partner to lead our GTM field operations to drive revenue growth and operational excellence. Collaborate across Sales, Underwriting, Marketing, Customer Success, and IT to optimize regional and global processes, enhance sales productivity, and scale our commercial engine. As an experienced GTM operator and first-line manager, support high-impact, cross-functional projects, enable GTM field teams, align executive priorities, and transform Sales productivity. Leverage new technology, analytics, and process optimization to drive business results across the GTM funnel. This role requires a data-driven, resourceful, collaborative leader with strong ownership, thriving in a fast-evolving environment and committed to continuous learning and results. Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing team, and design, deliver, and measure GTM enablement programs.

Requirements

  • 8+ years’ experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Technology, or process improvement roles
  • Insurance, SaaS, or software industry background, including direct and channel sales exposure
  • Advanced expertise with CRM and GTM tools (Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, Marketo, JIRA)
  • Demonstrated success influencing cross-functional teams and driving complex initiatives in fast-growth environments
  • Proficiency in sales analytics, AI applications, and change management
  • Proven ability to build, scale, and lead high-performing teams and programs

Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing Field Operations team across global regions (NA, EMEA, APAC), fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
  • Own and execute operational excellence in forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue attribution. Enforce best practices, improve data hygiene, deliver actionable insights, and support business planning
  • Centralize revenue operations functions and standardize processes (opportunity management, account planning, etc.) to ensure consistency and scalability
  • Collaborate with GTM leaders to identify and resolve barriers to sales productivity, improve sales effectiveness, and reduce friction across the sales cycle
  • Drive operational cadences, including forecast calls, QBRs/MBRs, pipeline reviews, and leadership meetings
  • Partner with Strategic Distribution Sales to align on strategic priorities across top agencies and support joint business growth
  • Develop and share key sales analytics, dashboards, and executive reports to inform data-driven decision-making at all levels
  • Lead key sales productivity initiatives focused on new business, retention, cross-sell, and ecosystem alignment
  • Support territory, quota, and compensation planning in partnership with GTM Planning
  • Champion process optimization and adoption of new technology (Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, Marketo, Zendesk)
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Field Leadership, driving accountability and operational excellence
  • Design, deliver, and measure GTM enablement programs, onboarding, and training for Sales, Customer Success, and related GTM teams
  • Implement and refine enablement strategies, leveraging knowledge management and sales methodologies aligned to company goals
  • Develop and deliver effective sales content and presentations; ensure ongoing rep proficiency with tools and platforms
  • Monitor and analyze enablement effectiveness, using insights to optimize programs and sales outcomes
  • Stay current with industry trends and integrate best practices
