Senior Finance Analysis Manager

Summary

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in accounting and finance role in global MNC companies or listed group, with minimum 3-5 years of experience in a big 4 accounting firm
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Proficiency in data analysis and deriving meaningful insights from data, strong analytical and conceptual skills, with attention to details and accuracy while being able to provide crisp and clear summarized analysis

Responsibilities

• Financial analysis and reporting for Management
• Partner with leaders and other stakeholders to drive business, financial performance and identifying gaps to provide financial analysis support
• Implement and drive process improvements
• Drive ad-hoc projects as needed, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Accurate analysis of budget, financial trends and forecast as and when needed, including preparation of short and long-term financial forecasts and financial modelling

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with various data and analytical tools: Proficient in Excel / Power BI / other relevant tools, and proficient in Powerpoint / Oracle / other accounting systems knowledge is preferred
