Senior Finance Manager

Summary

Join our team as a Senior Finance Manager and help us manage daily financial operations while improving financial processes. You will be responsible for budget preparation, business analytics, and process improvement. We are looking for someone with experience in finance, a proactive leadership style, and a willingness to solve complex tasks.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in the finance department of big companies
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in law, economics, finance or from a business school
• Experience of working in leading algorithmic trading companies is a must
• Proactive style of leadership, desire to learn new things, attention to details
• Willingness to solve 'out of the box' tasks on a weekly basis

Responsibilities

• Preparation of budgets and cash flow forecasts
• Improvement of business analytics to deliver meaningful insights into business performance
• Implementation of BI software
• Review of existing processes to develop recommendations for improvement efforts, communication of results to senior management
• Improvement of intra-group cash flows and funds management
• Analysis of ERP systems for implementation
• Industry peers research
