Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis or related roles
• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software tools
• Knowledge of HubSpot and Tableau
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends, patterns, and areas of improvement
• Develop financial models and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making
• Perform in-depth variance analysis and provide insights to improve financial performance
• Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, collaborating with various departments
• Monitor and report on budget vs. actual performance, identifying opportunities and risks
• Collaborate with the revenue team to streamline CRM reporting
• Prepare and present financial reports, including executive summaries, to senior management
• Create dashboards and data visualizations to effectively communicate financial insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights for strategic initiatives
• Evaluate the financial impact of potential investments, projects, and acquisitions
• Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and implement best practices
• Continuously improve financial reporting and analysis tools

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree or CPA
