Summary
Join our growing Finance team as a senior financial analyst to play a key role in various company-facing processes, including partnership with our Total Rewards team, ownership of our financial planning tool, and internal reporting processes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of related experience (e.g., FP&A, Accounting backgrounds, management consulting)
- Systems and EPM management experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, working exceptionally well cross-functionally and with multiple constituents
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and competing objectives in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate financial results and narrative to a variety of audiences
- Understanding of financial planning and accounting concepts, equity and stock-based compensation a plus
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our Total Rewards team on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making for our compensation budgets
- Drive efficiency across core finance processes through automation, simplification, and coordination, including ownership of our financial planning tool
- Drive our internal reporting processes, including coordination across finance and shaping our financial narrative for executives and other internal stakeholders
