Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Finance or a business-related field with 4+ years of experience in accounting, business, or finance
  • Advanced Excel skills, proficiency with financial reporting tools (e.g., NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, IntAcct), and familiarity with ERP systems; strong experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and SQL
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities while navigating ambiguity
  • Strong analytical and communication skills (written and verbal), with experience understanding databases and generating SQL queries
  • Self-starter with exposure to analytical tools, ability to work independently, and a proactive approach to defining solutions for the business

Responsibilities

  • Execute and ensure accuracy of cadenced reporting processes (e.g., Weekly Business Review, Monthly Business Review, SG&A Budget-vs-Actuals)
  • Create, improve, and maintain financial metrics, reports, and scorecards for consolidation
  • Develop annual projections, routine forecasts, and scalable processes to ensure repeatability
  • Build relationships with Finance and SG&A business partners, driving process improvements and continuous enhancements
  • Support financial due diligence for pre-IPO preparation and measure company-wide cost-saving initiatives on the P&L

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelorโ€™s degree in Finance or a business-related field with 4+ years of experience in accounting, business, or finance
