Senior Financial Analyst

Summary

Join Revalize's global FP&A team as a Senior Financial Analyst, contributing to financial reporting, business analysis, modeling, and forecasting. This role involves collaborating with executive leaders, managing multiple projects, and driving process improvements within a high-growth, PE-backed software company. The successful candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, along with experience in the global software/SaaS industry. The position is remote within the United States (EST hours). Responsibilities include assisting with company-level financial analysis, supporting financial planning activities, partnering with business leaders, leading cross-functional projects, and identifying process improvement opportunities. M&A experience is a plus.

Requirements

• 3+ years of progressive FP&A experience
• Experience in global software/SaaS industry
• Undergraduate degree in Finance or accounting, or MBA completion
• Experience going through an annual planning or budget cycle

Responsibilities

• Assist with company-level financial and business analysis related to forecasting, month-end, quarterly reporting, and annual planning
• Support all financial planning activities, including monthly recurring revenue projections, quarterly forecasts, and the annual operating plan
• Partner with business leaders to manage financial performance and track functional performance toward financial objectives
• Lead and participate in ad-hoc cross-functional teams and projects
• Identify opportunities for process and system improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Assist in acquisition due diligence, modeling, budgeting, and integration
• Act as a leader and mentor within the FP&A team

Preferred Qualifications

M&A experience, including post-acquisition integration experience is a plus
