Senior Financial Analyst

Summary

Wonders is seeking a finance professional to build the foundation of their Go to Market Finance function. The role involves driving accurate revenue forecasts, developing insights about performance drivers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting investor relations. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics, experience in corporate finance, equity research, investment banking or related fields, and high proficiency in Excel. Wonders is committed to diversity and offers a salary range of $100,000 - $120,000.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics preferred. MBA or other advanced degree a plus
• Experience in corporate finance, equity research, investment banking or related fields
• Experience with a fast-growing SaaS company and ability to demonstrate a strong grasp of the SaaS business model
• High proficiency in Excel - building financial and decision support models
• Experience with financial systems such as Hyperion, Cognos, Business Objects, SAP, Anaplan, or Netsuite

Responsibilities

• Drive accurate company revenue forecasts by analyzing key metrics and proactively digging into the details
• Develop insights about drivers of performance and risks, and opportunities
• Communicate revenue forecast and actual performance effectively to finance leadership
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing on their bookings and revenue forecasting process
• Support Investor Relations with reporting of and insights from key company performance metrics
• Develop new content for telling the company’s story to the investor community for earnings calls and analyst day
