Summary

Join Restaurant365's dynamic Financial Planning and Analysis team as a Senior Manager (GTM), acting as a strategic financial partner to Sales and Marketing teams. This role involves optimizing sales productivity, marketing ROI, and channel performance; leading a high-performing team; driving the annual planning process for all GTM functions; becoming the go-to expert on GTM KPIs; uncovering growth opportunities; supporting product and pricing strategies; delivering mission-critical reporting; building and optimizing financial models; and creating executive reporting and dashboards. You will directly impact revenue growth and business acceleration while helping build a world-class finance organization. The ideal candidate will have 5-8+ years of progressive finance experience in SaaS/software, experience managing a high-performing team, and a proven track record working with GTM teams. Excellent communication skills and a desire to improve processes are essential. Requirements

  • 5-8+ years of progressive finance experience with exposure to SaaS/software business models and experience managing a high-performing team
  • Proven track record working with GTM teams (Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, etc.) to drive strategic and collaborative outcomes
  • An ability to see beyond the numbers to understand business drivers and growth levers
  • Strong expertise in building robust planning and forecasting models that drive business decisions
  • Exemplary communication skills (verbal and written) that enable you to translate complex financial concepts into clear and compelling business stories
  • An innate desire to always look for ways to improve processes and increase team efficiency

Responsibilities

  • Partner directly with executive Finance & GTM leadership to optimize sales productivity, marketing ROI, and channel performance
  • Lead a high-performing team to uplevel our month-end close processes and executive reporting cadences
  • Drive the annual planning process for all GTM functions, becoming the financial architect of our growth and acceleration strategies
  • Become the go-to expert on GTM KPIs, customer acquisition costs, lifetime value, and revenue performance metrics
  • Uncover growth opportunities through deep-dive analyses of sales funnel performance, marketing attribution, and pricing strategies
  • Support product strategy & pricing strategies through sophisticated financial modeling and competitive analysis
  • Deliver mission-critical reporting with precision and speed – variance analyses, forecasting models, and strategic assessments
  • Build and optimize financial models that support GTM decision-making and resource allocation
  • Create executive reporting and dashboards that provide real-time visibility into key business metrics and performance trends, including Board reporting
  • Solve complex business challenges and questions through ad hoc analyses

Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency with our business tools (Salesforce, Intacct, Adaptive, Domo, Gong, etc.) and experience incorporating AI into finance workflows
