Summary

Join Clover Health as a Financial Planning & Analysis Senior Analyst and become a strategic finance business partner, contributing to the growth of Clover Health and its subsidiaries. You will work with a cross-functional team to enhance KPIs and reporting for the SaaS business, build complex analytical models for forecasting, support budgeting and strategic planning, and provide insightful variance analysis to management. This role requires strong financial modeling skills, experience in a high-growth startup environment, and excellent analytical abilities. You will create reports for executive leadership and perform ROI analysis. Requirements

  • Have 4+ years of financial planning & analysis or strategic finance experience
  • Have experience working in a high growth startup environment, with Medicare Advantage, value-based care, or healthcare technology experience
  • Have strong financial modeling skills with experience budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis
  • Have advanced Excel skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google suite

Responsibilities

  • Work with a cross functional team to enhance/create key performance indicators (β€œKPIs”) and reporting for our SaaS business, including both financial and non-financial metrics
  • Build complex analytical models that utilize both financial and non-financial data to forecast operating results, with scenario modeling
  • Support the budgeting, strategy development, and business planning process for Counterpart Health
  • Provide monthly budget variance analysis yielding actionable insights to management
  • Assist in building monthly reporting presentations for executive leadership, including identifying performance drivers and areas of opportunities for efficiencies and growth
  • Perform Return-on-Investment analysis for Counterpart Health, helping drive planning and strategic decision making
  • Perform other special ad-hoc projects and analyses along with the corporate finance team as directed by management, including M&A
