Requirements
- 5+ years assembly or repair of complex electromechanical systems
- Troubleshooting video, networking, and computer systems
- Power user of web based live control tools
- Linux OS command line interface and shell scripting
- Strong English oral and written communication tools
- Ability to communicate effectively using collaborative messaging tools
- Located in greater New York City area or Michigan
Responsibilities
- Travel to customer stores and perform physical robot hardware maintenance, repairs, and upgrades / retrofits on robots
- Support via phone and remote login to robots of 3rd party technicians performing work on robots
- Alert escalation support of robot issues via remote login to robots
- Contact customer stores to request help addressing issues with robots
- Remote support on 50% of weekend days
- Local travel within a 90 minute drive, up to 50% of time
- Domestic travel up to 10% of time

- Physical Requirements: Must be capable of lifting equipment, bending, and performing repairs in various physical environments
