Senior FP&A Analyst

Join our team of performance-driven Willowers as we drive the financial strategy of Willow by analyzing data, forecasting trends, and providing actionable insights to support decision making.

Requirements

• A degree in Accounting or Commerce or other industry certifications
• A background in FP&A /Commercial experience in a SaaS organization
• Expert level modelling and dashboarding skills
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task while partnering with multiple teams
• Demonstrated problem solving skills in navigating through ambiguity and complexity

Responsibilities

• Pricing analysis and strategy - developing SaaS product pricing strategies through partnership with sales and product teams to create pricing models and run scenario simulations to assess impact on margins
• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) - modeling and forecasting for annual budgets, long range forecasts and variance analysis
• Business Partnering - creating strong partnerships with the product, sales and exec teams offering collaboration and financial insights including scenario planning and financial modelling
• Investment relations - responding to investor queries and enquiries
