Summary

Requirements

  • 5+ years of non-internship professional front-end, web, or mobile software development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript / TypeScript, React.js, and related technologies
  • Proficient in NextJS and Tailwind (or similar frameworks)
  • Experience building cloud-hosted web applications
  • Experience on an engineering team during growth / scaling
  • A strong individual contributor with a solid understanding of atomic design principles
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a proven ability to share proposed solutions with the team as needed
  • Business-minded. Everything we build and integrate with must have a well-thought-out reasoning behind it. What problem is it solving? What alternatives were proposed?

Responsibilities

  • Building responsive website features with a mobile-first approach
  • Writing high-quality, organized, performant, tested, and documented code
  • Advising engineering managers and product managers on engineering and technology decisions affecting team projects and goals
  • Impart single-concern engineering concepts and a DRY approach to writing and testing your code
  • Contributing to architecture for web application and mobile webview features
  • Contribute to our UI library of reusable and modular components and layouts
  • Participating in code reviews and contributing to continuous improvement and continuous delivery of our software and systems
  • Hiring & developing the best. Participate in interviewing and hiring engineers
