Senior Frontend Engineer

Summary

Join Nord Security as a Senior Front-End Engineer and be at the forefront of developing Rivendell, our UI framework. Collaborate with designers and engineers to build a scalable, maintainable, and accessible framework used across various teams. We utilize Kanban and a modular approach. Requirements

• At least 5 years of proven commercial front end experience (preferably in a dynamic product environment)
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript and React

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Rivendell, our UI framework
• Collaborate with fellow lead UX designer, tech leads and senior engineers
• Deliver a scalable, maintainable, browser-compatible and accessible framework
• Work across the stack when needed (nodejs, docker)
• Own the discovery, delivery planning and execution, collaborating with other engineering teams and cross-functional peers across the organization
• Bring new ideas and initiatives into life, improving and enhancing the existing product
• Write simple, maintainable and tested code
• Share knowledge with your teammates

• Experience building a UI framework
• Curiosity and a strong sense of ownership
• Passion for writing simple, maintainable and tested code
