Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development, building dynamic and responsive web applications
• Expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Next.js
• Strong understanding of testing frameworks and best practices in frontend testing
• Experience implementing user-centered design principles and creating responsive designs
• Proven ability to improve web application performance, reduce load times, and optimize rendering
• Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative, Agile development environment
• Ability to work effectively with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver seamless user experiences

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and maintain Next.js and React applications, ensuring performance and scalability
• Implement and manage CMS integrations (Sanity or similar) to support content-driven experiences
• Utilize A/B testing tools to enhance user engagement and product effectiveness
• Write clean, modular, and well-documented TypeScript/JavaScript code, following best practices
• Ensure responsive, accessible, and user-friendly designs, working closely with UX/UI designers
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks, optimizing rendering and load times
• Collaborate in an Agile environment, contributing to sprint planning, code reviews, and cross-functional discussions
• Work closely with engineering managers, product managers, and engineers across teams to design and develop scalable, high-performing systems
• Identify and champion new technologies and design patterns that drive business growth and improve system efficiency
• Mentor and support junior engineers, providing guidance and fostering a culture of learning and collaboration
• Establish and enforce best practices, coding standards, and development guidelines to enhance consistency and efficiency across teams
