Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development, building dynamic and responsive web applications
• Expert understanding of the JavaScript ecosystem, including React, TypeScript, and testing frameworks
• Strong grasp of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and design systems
• Proven experience optimizing web application performance
• Strong communication skills and experience working in Agile environments

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain user-facing features with clean, reusable, and maintainable code
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure pixel-perfect UI and a smooth, intuitive user experience
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability
• Optimize for speed, scalability, and performance
• Review code and provide technical feedback to team members
• Mentor and coach less experienced engineers on the team
• Attend daily standups, sprint planning, and key team meetings
• Write clear technical documentation
• Debug and resolve production issues
• Work closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver user experiences aligned with business goals
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in frontend development and explore new technologies
• Translate product requirements into actionable technical milestones
• Provide insights into product direction based on technical feasibility and performance
• Contribute to architectural decisions for long-term product success

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with DataDog, server-side rendering, or CMS-driven applications
