• Skilled in analyzing data for insights and generating hypotheses for fast iteration testing, optimizing for ROI
• Highly proficient in JavaScript, React, NextJS, HTML, CSS, and Tailwind
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator) and Figma
• Experienced in Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Experience with Content and Asset management
• Background: A track record of success in a similar role, at the Senior Associate level
• 3-5 years working in eComm front-end development and design

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the front end of our website using React, NextJS, HTML, CSS, and Tailwind
• Manage product content for new releases, landing pages, and features using tools like Contentful and Shopify
• Own and collaborate on conversion rate optimization and analytics efforts, leveraging data to drive impactful landing page experiments
• Analyze marketing + behavioral data to provide recommendations for customer experience and conversion
• Enhance and enrich marketing data with event data supplementation, PHI scrubbing, etc
• Create and continually optimize landing pages for experiments and campaigns
• Prepare assets (photography and graphics) for landing pages, product pages, and new features
• Collaborate with our Search Engine Optimization (SEO) experts to optimize ranking and conversion

Preferred Qualifications

Bonus: experience working in Healthcare and/or retail settings

Benefits

Salary range will likely fall between $105K-$145K: final salary will be dependent on the candidate’s experience
