Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of front-end development experience, with a strong focus on React Native for cross-platform mobile applications
• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, with experience building complex, high-performance mobile applications
• Skilled in implementing reusable UI components and working with design systems
• Demonstrated experience with API integrations and mobile app performance optimization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with a track record of success in fast-paced environments

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of responsive, high-quality front-end applications using React Native for both iOS and Android platforms
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and growth teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications and engaging user interfaces
• Design and implement cross-platform components and features that create a consistent and refined user experience
• Contribute to the planning and execution of engineering roadmaps to support membership acquisition and engagement initiatives
• Optimize app performance for smooth, responsive interactions, ensuring scalability and reliability
• Partner with back-end engineers to define and integrate API endpoints for front-end development
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues to enhance overall application stability and performance

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working with marketing automation platforms, such as Braze
• Previous experience in a venture-backed startup, with a proactive approach to adapting in dynamic, growth-driven settings
