Requirements

• A growth mindset, creativity, comfort with ambiguity, and experience with scalable legacy code are essential
• Hands-on experience with the complete software development lifecycle is required
• Proficiency in understanding and navigating technical standards, stakeholders, and architectures is necessary
• Significant full-stack development experience is needed, including infrastructure, backend, and frontend development
• Experience in mentoring other developers to enhance their skills and confidence is important
